Headbetter Salon is a collective of hairdressers. We have chosen people that care about their clients to fill our chairs. We have fun while we work. We found that the more honest and successful a hairdresser was, the less they put on arrogant heirs. We rid the salon of false pretense and let our art speak for itself.
Ashlee (@ashleemurrayhair) has been a hair stylist for over 13 years and moved from Arizona to California to pursue her dreams of being a stylist in Los Angeles. Ashlee is a Certified NBR® Hair Extension Specialist and an Glam Seamless Certified Extension Expert. Outside of extensions, Ashlee specializes in customized blondes, dimensional color, and blended haircuts. Ashlee is available for any wedding or event and pairs well with our in-house makeup artist, Yvonne for a dynamic event duo that you do not want to pass up! After an extensive career traveling the globe representing various hair product lines working in education, product development, trend releases, hair shows, trade shows, television, print, runway, and theatre, as well as working with some top salons.
Chad now concentrates on his clientele at Headbetter Salon in Sherman Oaks. With a superior level of technical skill, an innate sense of artistry, and the confidence of a seasoned professional, he brings with him an easy disposition, enthusiasm, and a great sense of humor.
From 'easy' natural looks to precision cuts, classic up-styles to gravity-defying avant-garde hair sculptures, he has the ability to execute an endless array of designs as a well-rounded professional. "I've resisted specializing in just one area because every person and every situation is different. If you want to be true to communicating that, your work can't be just a showcase for the one thing you like or do best", says Chad.

She has trained with such industry leaders as Napoleon Perdis, Benefit, Smashbox, Too Faced, Tarte, and Urban Decay Cosmetics. She is always striving to continually find innovative and unique ways to advance her artistry.
Whether she is beautifying a bridal party, creating edgy looks for the runway, or just helping you get ready for a date, her goal is to utilize her expertise and make you not only look but feel beautiful.
Johnny Ciccone is a real Los Angeles native and a veteran hairstylist with 20 years of experience. He has worked on many major motion pictures and television shows (IMDB), and his work has reached the red carpets of the Grammys and the Golden Globes.
He defines himself as a no-nonsense technician who does not follow trends, but instead creates them. He finds his inspiration from his clientele and, knowing that Hollywood is inherently ahead of the curve in fashion, he would rather lead than follow.
